Generally, members of the Society are
entitled to reciprocal privileges at other fine Clubs in the United States,
Puerto Rico, and other countries around the world.
 | TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. Request
a Card of Introduction from the Executive Committee. The card is valid
during the dates listed on the Card of Introduction. It is given in
accordance with the rules governing exchange privileges, and is honored
during the card's dates. (Include a $100 gift to speed the process
along!) You should call or write to the Club that interests you
to discuss your needs and finalize your reservations. Reservations for
overnight accommodations must be made in advance. |
 | BILLING PROCEDURES.
Our reciprocal Clubs have varying methods for settlement of charges incurred
by our members. Many Clubs will bill the Society for your charges which will
then be re-billed to you by our Accounting Office. Other Clubs will bill you
directly. It is becoming more prevalent for Club's to require that you settle
your account prior to departure by use of a personal checks, credit cards, or
Traveler's checks; this procedure is required by all foreign Clubs. |
