The average cost per person excluding air fair has traditionally been approximately $1,700.    As a result, we ask that you place $1,700 on deposit at the International Golden Pike Society for safe keeping in its commercial bank account.  Your deposit can be paid in four $425 installments, due on or before February 1st, March 1st,  May 1st and July 1st.

For your information, all financial records are maintained on the computer using Quick Books Professional with each person having their own account. On the last day of the trip when expenses are reconciled you will obviously be responsible for any additional amounts. However, any excess amount will be available either for immediate refund or may be applied to future trips. The choice will be yours. Also, should you be unable to attend the trip, the amount you have on deposit will, at your option, be immediately refunded or applied to future trips.
